Default Menu in template

I made a template as you can see on this website: http://athlon.pwnz.nl/index.php?opti...age&Itemid=284.

The problem is that on the top-menu when you click a link (for example English) the sub-menus won't be showed (that's why I made a seperate module for it).

I want to make a second horizontal bar under the current one to display sub-menu items. How can I do this?

And the top-menu now is the "user3" or topmenu. I want the mainmenu to be there and not on the left. How can I do that?
