While waiting for the reply, i came up with a template_thumbnail.png and it can now be install tooo! No more XML file error, but still there is a problem with the index.php file. I trying to check where the error is right now..

Thanks so much for the complement, doing it for my brother who deals with education. Will try to post up something similar once i'm finish! Now back to trying to get the template up....

my message (#8 on this thread) was meant for domng1803's template (skins), not for you. I mean your template DID include the thumbnail.

You xml file was full of junk ALL OVER (almost every line of it), i cleaned it and it works fine. domng1803's xml file had only one wrong tag.

(You can see the relation between messages by switching the display mode, at the top of this page, to THREADED mode)

And thanks for the fix of the skins template :-)

i had the exact same problem and you will not believe the solution!!!

inside my <copyright> tags i used &copy; to get a copyright symbol. This works fine in html. Apparently this xml page doesn't like this - nor does this forum. I wonder what other symbols you can't use? this could present multilanguage issues.
