Help: My Template and the GPL

I need some help creating my first template. It's a clean template inspired by the Macromedia.com site - so with a very simple look. Additionally, it uses JScook for the horizontal main menu.

Although the template looks perfect in FireFox 1.0 - it becomes completely screwed up in IE. (I now officially hate IE).

Anyways, I have no trouble creating the template zip + installer. I just need help smoothing out the template (especially for IE). Afterwards, although I want to use it for my site, I also want to release it back to the community. I think a lot of people would like it if it was fixed up nicely. Unfortunately, I'm not a very good template designer - but I think this was pretty good for my first try.

thanks, i fixed the darrow.jpg images in the JS file.

however, the entire template is horribly messed up in IE. perhaps someone can take it and refine it? I wouldn't mind if someone else took over this template to finish it...

Fixes:

1. IE 5.5 PNG transparency : fixed
2. rounded corners : fixed
3. JScook javascript menu : fixed
4. Top menu : fixed
5. Pathway, Timestamp moved
6. Fixed width table : 750px
7. Browser Resize : fixed

To do:

1. If left module is empty - remove left column
2. If main body is not full, make sure content stays near top
3. use <DIV> to help align better
