A. Internet Explorer does pretty well handling standards base design in "standards-compliant" mode. Removing the xml declaration is the easieat way to move IE's rendering closer to FireFox's.

Here is a simple but effective way to rotate an image. This is brought to you by UFO :

This line displays 5 different logos!
Modify the (1,5) to (1,10) to rotate randomly 10 logos.
