who can help change solarflare template in to this

Please if anyone can help i need to modify or recreate a template based
on some of the solarflare template.

What i want is for the template to look like this

You can see what i have done but im not very good at changing the layouts of a template at www.hobbyhaven.dk

What i need is index.php and a css for the page.

Please if someone could help of cause i would pay a small fee for the work

If your timeframe allows for you to wait until the end of the week, I'll take a running stab at it... I'm just tied up with 3 projects right now as well asperfecting some tableless templates of my own, and I couldn't get started on it until at least Thursday...
