Question Add bar of one template to another

Hello all,

Probably a newbie question, but here it goes:
I have this
siteground11 Mambo templates (I'm not allowed to post urls
template installed and would like to add the top menu bar of this
Mambo template=siteground40
menue.

How can I do this? Please, please help.
