Default Great Fluid Template

Last week marked the release of JJ Flex , the first fluid width template for JoomlaJunkie, this week they release another fluid width template with similar features in a 3 column version, JJ Mismo. With all the features of Flex, Mismo is a fresh new design with vibrant colors once again. If you want to know more, why not head over to the demo page here.http://demo.joomlajunkie.com

Features such as, 13 module positions, browser options comprising of 3 colors and 3 various font sizes, a fully collapsible 4 module top shelf, detailed typography styling as on the demo page will get you started, read on for more amazing features included in this template.

Once again JoomlaJunkie is making use of the unique mambot (developed by Open4G) not yet launched to the Joomla community. This mambot creates a framework within Joomla for running web2.0 type components using ajax and javascript, this allows us to run several JQuery scripts within one website. You can read more about the JXCORE Jquery mambot for Joomla here..

As with all JoomlaJunkie's templates thus far, JJ Mismo is fully optimized for SEO, the 4 level Suckerfish menu allows you to deploy a SEO hungry website by creating a complex set of menu links for them to spider, as this is what they love the most. This also makes it a lot easier to manage the content on your website, with the ability to to really utilize the power of Joomla's sections and categories method of handling content.

Two areas you will find a vast improvement is with the template guide and css refinement JoomlaJunkie has been working on. If you are new to css, you will know that well structured code makes your life so much easier and the code that much better to work with. All code has been refined to be much easier to work with and self explanatory to assist even the novice CSS user. See an example of the css code here..

A large focus with JJ Mismo was to make it an "out of the box" template that is super easy to setup and configure. Tightly integrated code allows you to get up and running after install in around 5 minutes, depending on your Joomla experience of course.

Last but not least, the attention to detail must be noted, with an aim to make the template a little different from the normal Joomla look, you will find extra styling to the search results page and the contact us page.

Another great little extra is the addition of 3 module positions above the main content that can be used to notify, alert or offer help to your website visitors. You can get a better idea of how these work in the demo page for JJ Mismo.
