IE / Win test:
1. On your test site, everything seems to be fine, except the "blog" link where the bottom (incl. scroll links) is missing..?
2. Also, your "pathway" has a problem, as every new link appears below the previous, instead of in a row, so if you go Home>News>Latest>Example 1, you have 4 lines of which the last runs into the light green part and as the text is white, becomes unreadable..

can provide screenshots if needed, or das ganze auch auf deutsch posten wenn gewünscht

I unzipped the download, and didn't find any PSD files.

Despite a couple glitches, I think this is a wonderful design...good work!
