Hello all,
It's been a busy week around our hallowed halls.
We've completely re-tooled a few things (see our post in the Commercial Announcements forum).
We've released the first GPL template we've done in more than 18 months, with plans to begin releasing at least one free GPL template per week.
We're putting what we hope will be the final touches on our new ticketed support system and knowledge base - hoping for the grand launching of that system sometime next week.
It's been busy - and we don't see it slowing down.
