You seem to have a problem answering that question in a mature manner. You have a site that you post for public display and then you get incensed at the slightest little question? Tell me who is "something else"?
And on top of that, I even complimented you on your site!
Then you post a flaimbait response, calling into question what I do for the community and telling me that I am a waste of your time?
Should I refer you to the Mambers.com General Rules & Etiquette? |

| Re: first official release of a mambo template There seems to be a little confusion...the template being claimed to be original is not the one used on the webraydian main site or shown on the Template Monster site. The original template is available for preview on the demo site and has to be selected from the template chooser. The site is down now, so I can't point it out. I hope you will all realize that this is just a simple misunderstanding and not let it turn into a flame war. You both contribute heaps to the community and I could go on for several paragraphs detailing your contributions.
I have an idea... Let's all be friends!

| Re: first official release of a mambo template Sorry if I caused any confusion. That ADD kicks in and I get distracted by the first shiny thing I see, in this case it was your existing site template...

| Re: first official release of a mambo template Hello,
Perhaps I can clarify things a little.
This is a template that can be found on many sites that offer free templates and as far as I know, can be used for free, but does not come with a gpl licence but have it's own licence. They are usually offered to affiliates by businesses like templatemonster, boxedart, etc. to increase traffic.
It for instance can be found here: http://www.comteche.com/data/templat...ord=&catg=html
I have also seen it on many other sites. What I remember is that the terms and conditions state that you can use it for free for both personal and commercial causes, but you are not allowed to redistribute it.
Hopefully this made things a little clearer.
Kind regards,
Trijnie |

For absolute clarification, the template he was offering for distribution was completely original and not based on another template, even though his default site template apears to be based on such a template (though he has not confirmed this). |
