I have said it before, and I'll say it until some people either get sick of me or they finally understand that to be seen as an un-biased criticism, you need to;
"Keep your eye on the ball, not the player"
In this case, the 'ball' is anyone promoting other sites they have an active interest in as if a 3rd party.
As Arthur is only 1 individual from 100,000's doing this, criticise the actual methods, not just 1 individual. He is not the 1st, and will not be the last.
As mentioned already in this thread, the worst offenders are the ones that hide any details and try to cover any links. Arthur has not done this.
Some of the Worlds largest companies do this every day. Look at some of the small print in some advertising/ cross selling campaigns. Especially the ones that offer a discount or something free from a 'seemimngly' different company.
So unless this and any similar type of issue is discussed as suggested above, you will be seen as if you have a personal agenda aginst that person, and could legally fall fowl of victimisation.
