Edit page title

Hi there

Does anyone know how to change the page title so that the title of the page you are viewing comes at the start of the site name instead of at the end - e.g. www.emortgagebuyer.co.uk - "Mortgages from eMortgageBuyer.co.uk: Mortgage Calculator | Best Mortgage Deals" is the site name and when i click on "Mortgage Calculators" in the main menu the title changes to "Mortgages from eMortgageBuyer.co.uk: Mortgage Calculator | Best Mortgage Deals - Calculators".

Is there a way to Change this so that "Calculators" comes at the start of the title rather than the end e.g. " Calculators - Mortgages from eMortgageBuyer.co.uk: Mortgage Calculator | Best Mortgage Deals"
