banner in table not displaying the right way

hi

a little problem:

in the top of my header i have implemented the banner code

the image left= 63 high and i the banner is 60 high, still there are now 2 white spaces when the banner is displayed

this is the code:

thx a lot but now i have used a smaller banner so that clears my problem 2
