wish email 2 user

-a people became a registered user and en email is send to him/her...has here all ok!!....
-than, a administrator, go to administration zone and change his/her password, but mail dont send....
-if a registered user login and then change his/her details, no mail is send...
-i (administrator) disactive and then re- active user but mail dont send....

its good if everithyng this works with new version
and more user details

I've seen this issue on different too but on a different host with the same site works fine. There have been issues with mail if you are using another mail server other than Sendmail like qmail and also on which OS it is on. I have had issues with redhat 9.0 but not fedora?
