Customizing Mambo User Registration Page

Hi,

Is it possible to edit the com_registration module via mambo admin area? I can see most other modules to edit their html but not for the registration page. I want to add a new fields to the registration page -alternatively, is there any addon pr third-party modules to create additional fields in registration page?
