email for mambo using BLAT

How does mambo send out email on windows? It is not working. Anyone know what I have to do? With perl scripts I use BLAT.exe to send out mail. Can I use that?

On Apache, you can install the MercuryMail. This is installed by default by some of the larger WAMP installers for programmer types, such as the Apache2Triad or xampp (from Apache Friends). The latter is much smaller than Apache2triad and includes good documentation for installing everything as well as interfacing to your pop mail account.
