Sinceramente non ne ho presenti, comunque prova a cercare sul sito degli sviluppatori, l'indirizzo web lo dovresti trovare nei crediti del componente.

Il sito degli sviluppatori è http://www.konze.de/ e http://www.mamboart.de/ nei due link sembra che non hanno niente a che vedere con artref

Konze.de è il sito dello sviluppatore iniziale del componente (che era akostaff) sul quale poi il gruppo mamboart ha sviluppato il proprio artref.
Probabile che abbiano cambiato indirizzo web, prova a fare una ricerca su siti tedeschi oppure fai una ricerca nei maggiori forum http://forum.joomla.org o http://forum.mamboserver.com con la chiave artref e vedere cosa escono come risultati.
