Question MyMenu2 help

On a site that I'm creating I would like to have a menu for each section that has multiple pages in it. I can create these menus with both MyMenu and MyMenu2 but I can't get them to show properly using either component.

I've just removed mymenu and installed mymenu2 hoping that it would solve the problem, but it's still doing the same thing.

If I navigate to the page using a link from the main menu the section menu shows up. However, using the section menu to choose one of the other pages in the section causes the menu not to show on the new page as it loads.

I've selected all of the pages that this menu should be present on, but it only works when I choose navigate to the page using the main menu, which defeats the purpose of the section navigations...

Any ideas on how to make this work?

Sure, take a look at http://spud2.agsci.usu.edu/index.php...id=9&Itemid=50 .

I would like to have the sectional navigation on all of the different sections of the site.

I want to do it this way because that's how the current site (http://utah4-h.org) is organized, and it will make the transition easier on our users.

Ok ... from the original website i think i figure out what you anna do is :

- have the full main menu on the left (js cook)
- depending on the section on the menu, have the subsections to display somewhere else (on the right as i the original or maybe elsewhere like on top ...)

i speak no absolute truth but to me mymenu isnt the right tool at all (well it could be (i could tell you how but you wouldnt even consider reading ... ) and you would have to struggle ... a lot ...

Is that all ???

Nooooo ... my advice : use mysplitcssmenu from mambobrothers (http://www.mambobrothers.com/mambo/i...d=76&Itemid=44)
keep the js cook or use tigra for better css styling (same provider www.stingrey.biz).

Hope this helps

Thanks Milo, looks like this is much better suited for what I'm trying to do. Just gotta figure out how to tweak it to do exactly what I want.
