No, What I meant was the following:
1. In your index.php, place the menumodule you use to display the tigra menu inside a div-tag
Code:
><td>
<div id=menu><?php mosLoadModules ( 'user9' ); ?>
</div>
</td>
***** notice: in this case, user9 was used to show the tigra menu. You might want to change the modulename to yours*****

2. then, make a css tag in your template_css.css called #menu and add the lines I mentionned earlier. that's it

let me know if it works

No, sorry, that doesn't seem to help me either. But thanks for the tip, I might need it some other time.

----------------------------------------------

Found a solution for the extra height problem!
In the source code of the page a found this extra tag after the module insert:
<div style="height: 25px;"></div>

Looked thereafter in the mod_dm-t_1-0.php file in the modules dir and changed the following line:
$height = @$params->height ? strval( $params->height ) : "25";
to
$height = @$params->height ? strval( $params->height ) : "0";

Now I can specify the height in my css file.

What version of mambo are you running then? 4.5? Cause I can't get the parameters to work properly in 4.5.1. An if you are using 4.5.1, could you tell me how you got the menu to work with it? especially the parameter bit?

Kind regards,

Maarten
