Latest News Extended 1-1 Module -> Setting Parameters

Hello Stingrey,

my Problem ist very easy for you!

Ok look on my Page http://www.nightlifecard.de/mambo this is my projekt !
You can see that i have two Newssections. The first News are on the right sight, this is your Modul Latest News Extended 1-2 the look is ok. The other news is in the middel of the Page this is your Modul Latest News Extended 1-1

The News in the middel had this style:
(news from above downward)

But i will on my Page in the middel three News in this style:
(news from left to the right, next to each other)

How can I do this???

Have you read the readme document that is available online, for how to configure the module.

I'm also working on a component that cn do this for you in the admin backend.

Not exactly sure what you are trying to do, can you explain it a little more.

Is the site 'live' I might be able to helpyou if I can see what you are trying to do.

I got you email I ask you to please read this thread about how to create multiple copies of any module:

Then you will need to create some extra module postions as described here:

Then simply add your new module positions to your template and load your new copies of my Display News - Latest module to these newly created module positions.

As an example, look at this site:
www.allmambo.com

In the left column there are 5 versions of my Display News - Latest 1-2 module all under each other.

If your having trouble understanding what I mean, maybe you could ask one of the guys on the German forum, to explain what I mean in German.

thank for yours tap doesn't that wanted we also so to make however unfortunately gibts there a Promblem with the Paramtern the News of my categories to become indicated, what can lie?

Parameters:

A bug exists with the Criteria Parameters
access_public
access_registered
access_special

It is detailed here:

I have fixed the problem in a developers version of 1-3, which is not yet ready for release, but is in a working state, as demonstrated by this site:

It is running Display News - Latest 1-3 (Developer Release).
It is showing registered news, but when you click to view the full article, you are asked to register first.

If you contact me, I'll email you this developers release, which is stable as far as I've been able to test. the only reason i haven't released it is I'm trying to add a few more features and need to finish the doucmentation.
