I have problem with skandinavian letters - ä (ä) and ö (ö)

Does anyone know how i can get those letters to feed and look right, otherwise it seems like this :

I mean if the voltage fitted for example 160 ac or less

Our LPU's tolerate Voltage is 230V+-20%,so it will guide the

OverVoltage to the earth when Voltage is over 230V.
Cat5e Keystone Jack - 180° UTP,Cat5e UTP Keystone Jaks,Cat5e Unshielded Keystone Jacks
as you know that the voltage for
Cat5e Patch Panel,Cat6 Keystone Jack
the PBX and PSTN is lower than 230V for its
own operation voltage,
the LPU will only work

when the voltage is more than 230V.
So when the voltage is 130V,140V and 150V,

If your PBX and PSTN is 130/140/150V type,and you need the LPU provide the

protections at this Voltage,we could make the tolerate Voltage and its
