PostIt Display News Modules shows PHP Notice/Error

First of all hi,

and now many thanks stingrey for the great display news modules. i really like them and i was more than happy to find that great css implementation. aweseome!

but now for the downside. i use mambo 4.51 for all my websites and i applied those quick-hack stingrey provided. so far so good. next thing is that i played around with the parameters. still good.. but for some reason the system always gives me an error when i try to specify set_section_name or set_category_name..

error message: Notice: You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '*category name*''' at line 3 in /*server_url*/includes/database.php on line 184

yes, i see. itīs only a notice. on my personal server and my developement server that is no problem. i have access to the php.ini and can fix that. the last project i tried to deploy that module was unfortunately hosted on a big companys server and so i donīt have access anymore on the ini.

hm, what is the problem? someone knows about this issue and even better, how to fix it??

thanks for any help in this direction

cheers, celt

i found out that you can reach the section or the categories with its id too. that works great. so no need for the category/section name. just for the heads up! great module anyway

cheers
