I've been working with Mambo for a couple of months now, but have yet to install and use a Mambot. I want to use the DocMan List Mambot to create links to DocMan categories and/or files, but can't seem to get it to work.

What am I doing wrong?

I put mosdmlist.inc and mosdmlist.php in the /mambots directory. Then I have tried two different ways to make theDocman link show up. First, clinking on the link icon in TinyMCE and putting the mambot syntax in the popup box (i.e. {mosdmlink}IT.pdf{/mosdmlink}). When I preview it, I get a link that takes me to my site's home page and the url is something like this:
http://mydomain/mymambodirectory/%7B...B/mosdmlink%7D

When that didn't work, I tried inserting the mambot syntax directly into the page (not into the link popup box) and got the mambot code showing up on the front end rather than taking me to the file I wanted in DocMan {mosdmlink}IT.pdf{/mosdmlink}

Help!
