Does anyone know a good way to advertise my new website with out paying a lot of money?

I need someone to critique my website and tell me if it is ok?
I just joined a half way decent MLM- One that is legal. I wanted to build a good web site to promote this program but I don't think my web building ideas are not what they should be. I was wondering if any one would look at how my page is designed and give me some suggestions on what could be done to make it better- more marketable, something?

all i can say is wow - excellent site you have there

For marketing your site there are great free resources round the web - ill look some out after work for you
try going to google and yahoo search engines - they are just 2 of the many that you can submit your site to free, make sure your metatags are set up to ensure great results.

Another way is if youre a member of any other forums - place a sig in them with the url of your site - its amazing how many people will visit.

Also consider having a look for similar sites to your own and offer a banner exchange system where you oth disply each other's banners for advertising
