MOS 4.5 Problems with 4.5 1.0.7 in Admin Area

Hi,

When I go to the ADMIN area some times it allows me to get in but suddently when I choose one operation (it happens with any operation with no precise order or logic) it logs out. The annoyance is even worst because some times it lets me get in again and some times it doesn't

LAMP installation and upgraded from 1.0.3 to 1.0.7
Tested with Konqueror 3.1.3 and Mozilla Firefox 0.8 under Mandrake Linux 9.2

I've tested it with and without SEF ON

And I also change the memory limit to "16M" in .htaccess... it didn't work at all.

HELP! It must be working again Wednesday

What could be the problem?

Thanks in advance.

Lopo

This has happened to me before.

I solved it by allowing all cookies from that affected site. You may have another software (firewall, cookie cutter, popup blocker) that also blocks cookies.

Your upgrade might also have caused things to refresh and you probably need to re-set the cookie settings.

Sorry, just had to try this out

No! Problem stills the same.

The odd thing is that it enters, but sometimes I can activate one module to make some changing and it logs out after one or two actions, sometimes it doesn't get in for 4 / 5 times and suddently it get in but the issue still remain.

I upgraded from 1.0.3 to 1.0.4 and I previously used SEF.
I also changed the domain name from a testing one to the final one.

Help!

I think the problem could be with your browser not accepting cookies from your mambo site.

Just a thought... hope it helps.

The auto log out is by default 900 sec. (15 min.) you should check out your Login Session Lifetime:
You will find it in Global Configuration under "server" option......
Hope it will works.....
