Default problem: 1.0.7: reading public latest news impossible without login

hi!

after upgrading from mambo 4.5 rel 1.0.5 to 1.0.7 there seems to be a problem concerning user management:
all my 'latest news' links on the frontpage now do not work until the user is logged in. all messages are 'public', and i do not want to urge my users to login.
at another site there is the same problem concerning akocomment. the comments formerly public now are only readable by logged in users ...

i would be happy for anny suggestions!

uh - oh !
I got this problem as well.
And so I'm somehow happy to find out here, that I am not the only one with this problem.

Any solutions so far ?
