Default Official Mambo Manual Bug or miss smth?

On page 25 Official Manual Mambo 4.5 we can read:

"1.5.1.6 Menu Manager

.................

The Add Menu Item page consists of the following 10 types of menu items:
1. Mos Component – These components are those that are already included with Mambo
4.5, as well as any 3rd Party Developer’s Components that are installed on the system.
2. Content Category (Archives) – Adds a link to the menu to archived items in a
particular Content Category within a Section. This display can be modified via a number
of parameters:
• count: This is the maximum number of items to display.
• intro: This is the number of items to display with the intro text shown.
• image: Set to 0 if you do not want embedded images displayed, otherwise set
to one.
• header: Type the text to display as a header to all the of displayed items.
• empty: Type the text to be displayed if there are no Items found to be
displayed.
An example set of parameters might look like the following:

count=10
intro=10

The Frontend display includes a dropdown list for limiting the results to a particular year and month."

When you go into main menu -> new -> Content Category (Archives) .. there is no parametr box... this is a "manual bug" ? or I miss something?

And here is similar problem:
