Changing Search to Google Search

Hi,

Google has recently added Search Ads, and I would like to integrate it to my Mambo site....but since I'm a newbie, can anyone tell me how to do it, if anyone has done it?

I believe there is already a module on this topic...

1)Go to

Mamboportal
2)Log in
3)Click on downloads
4)Select MOS 4.5 downloads
5)Select 4.5 Modules

not help much i need ads search module for google too.
