OK, then you have to be more precise:

first site is am mambo-site. Is the second site a mambo site too?

How do you want to display the headlines? (Like mamber-topics on mamboportal.com?)

What do the headlines "do"? Link to the first site?

headlines display like mamboportal is good enough

and yes they have to link to the first site and open in a new window
