How to show latest mambo items on my forum page?

Actually, I want to show latest 5 articles from my mambo site on my forum index apge (invision power board).

And I Don't undesrtand what I must do for this?

I have a link of the plain text - rss, but it says it only for desktops.
Sorry, but I even don't know what is meaned by that

Do I have to insert this rss text in my forum template?

Or maybe another way or code or module is for doing this?

For example I could import last 5 forum messages to mambo via ssi.php file, but seems mambo hasn't similar file...

Please help
