Default Creating a sublevel menu like on Mamboportal

Hi
I've done searches but can't find any simple instructions on how to make a sublevel menu item like on the Mamboportal site. I want to do exactly the same thing wherebye the link to download statistics (graphitory) is a sublevel item under the Downloads menu item that only shows when Downloads link is clicked. Running latest stable release Mambo and template is Peek template (customised) that comes with basic install. I'm also on a Mac running OS X and using Webstar V as server. Step by step instructions needed please. My site is at http://australian.macusersgroup.org

Thanks
Greg

@E4ME1

In Admin backend:

Pages:
1. Create all pages as content of same category.
2. Or create each section in different categories.

(O.k. you already did this!)

Menu Items:
Create
Site > Menu Manager > Main Menu (or User Menu)

ad 1. Create an item for each page or subpage as content_blog_category. Then all created content pages will appear.
ad 2. The sections can be linked as complete category_section. (You will have to test what looks better for you.)

(This seems to fit on your site also.)

Order/Submenus:
In each menu-item you can choose the "Parent Item" (Menu 1) under which the sub-menu-item (Sub-Menu 2) should be displayed after the user selected the (parent) menu-item.

Menu 1
> Sub-Menu 2

(That's where you can structure your menu-items.)

Hope this little HowTo helps and fits to your request

Smile Re: Creating a sublevel menu like on Mamboportal

Thank you very much MamboZ that was exactly what I needed and I had it working as I wanted in less than a minute. It was the final section on Menus/Sublevels that I had been going wrong with. For some reason after reading various posts I was under the impression this was much more complicated and involved editing css, creating classes and selecting a graphic as a bullet item in front of sublevel menu item. Your simple easy to understand tutorial has made my day as I had spent weeks trying to figure this out.

Thanks
Greg
