How blocade Creating new account in login form? I would like to blocade it and how parameter i should use to do it ...

inside the main configuration you can disable the possibility to create accounts.

But i do not know where? i define parameter registration_disabled but it doesnt work where in main configuration is these setting?

I think this is what you need

In the Global Configuration panel (Get there via the Site menu) go to the Site tab. Scroll down and you will see the option, Allow User Registration. Set this to No.
