Argg Flash Keeps Reloading

i have a flash header on my site:

and it keeps reloading everytime I go to a new page.

How do I prevent this?

i used frames (an iframe)..i know people dont love frames but it worked fine for those purposes..

I gave that a quick try, but I didn't seem to get it quite right. Any chance of seeing the iframe code?

this is the stills page code ( replace STILLSCONTENT.HTML with the file you want within the frame..):
