Move site to new server

I would like to know how to move my mambo site to a new server. I used fantastico to install mambo on other hosting account.

Still need help moving my site to a new server. The new server does have mambo installed on it.

Is the new server using the same version of Mambo? Do you have ftp access to both servers? Did you perform a backup of all tables...data and structure on your old server?

Yes i am using the same version and i did backup the files from the old website. I was wondering in the new location do i need to name the mysql databases exatly the same as the ones on the old website. I get this error message when i try to restore the info to the new site.

It doesn't matter what the db name is...just the tables. Are you trying to restore from a file on your computer?

Could you walk me threw the process on how to upload backup the tables and databases correctly? I was wondering if i can pay you a few bucks to transfer it for me via paypal
