I am wondering if anyone can help me

I have installed philtaylors directory, staticxt and im using d51-SEF for search engine friendly urls with mambo.

I cant seem to get the directory to us SEF urls and im not sure wether this will require somes rewrite rules or wether i have to change sef.php, I have saved the pages as html and this seems to work, but i would like it to work the same as the other components if i can.

I am also having some problems getting staticxt to be directed to the static page. I can get the page to link directly to the static content eg. root/staticfiles/mypage.htm but it wont seem to work with the string im given in the help files

any help that anyone can give would be much appreciated

Did you maintain the staticfiles-directory correctly in administration? If your page resides in "staticfiles" below mamboroot you should create a menu entry (of type URL) pointing to index.php?option=com_staticxt&staticfile=mypage.ht m
