Dainis is on a distinguished road
Default Confoozled about Polls, PollXT, AkoComment, Surveys, Quizzes, custom scripts...

Howdy all!
  • How can I design a poll that allows for "voting" on a scale of 1-10 (like the regular Poll in Mambo does); however, that same poll should ask one multi-select question (4 options), and one question with a text response. Users should be able to view the average, and they should also be able to read the responses to the questions.
--Actually I can get PollXT to do this, but I can't get PollXT to appear only on certain expanded content items. Also, I can't figure out how to have the results show the text responses...I've posted questions on the mamboxt.com board on this...but if PollXT can't do these things, then I need to search for options, which is why I'm looking to the community.
  • How can I design a poll asks 7 questions, where the user selects a rating from 1-10 on each question. The 1-10 selections are then averaged for a "score."

I've installed and tried AkoComment, Poll, and PollXT, I've looked into a bunch of scripts, which I'll list below, but I don't have a lot of experience with this, and it would be great, if someone could point me in the right direction. There's so much out there! Whew!

Tutorials, script recommendations, guidelines for what I would need to do, all greatly appreciated!
