Default Change Date Display at Frontpage

Hi, I just confuse how to change the date at the frontpage. I mean, I would to change the language from English to Indonesian style. Like Monday to Senin (Indonesian), Friday to Jumat (Indonesia). I used Indonesian Language from Mamboportal but it doesn't change the way it looks.
I just attached what I mean it
Where's part of the MOS that have to edit to change since the language didn't work..???

The date language is dependent on the locale setting you are using. However, the locale support you want must be installed on the hosting server, otherwise it just reverts to the english one. Check with your provider.

They both said the same thing, only Riba was using more general terms and giving some supporting information, and BennieBlanco just gave you the steps.
