I'm trying to install mosLock and have run into an installation problem. After I click the Upload button, I get the following error message.


Warning: mkdir(/home/produc13/public_html/mos/components/com_moslock/): Permission denied in /home/produc13/public_html/mos/administrator/includes/installer_common.php on line 517
Upload new component - error
Failed to create directory'/home/produc13/public_html/mos/components/com_moslock/'

My includes folder has a setting of 644 and the installer_common.php file has a permission of 755.

I've checked the website for additional info, but I don't see any. I've also submitted a support ticket to Phil. His auto-response indicates up to 7 days for a response so I was hoping someone else had a similar experience and might know the fix.

Ouch! That's after sales service? A google search shows no installations I can see perhaps that's why.
