Default Print, PDF and email icon not showing up

I have my site configuration to not hide the print, pdf and email icons but for some reason they aren't paying attention to that setting.
I have a menu option for "content_blog_category" and have it pointed to the correct place. Everything else show up properly except the print pdf and email icons.
I AM using html area 3 xtd however. Could this be the problem?

Please feel free to take a look at

Check out the CHARTS sections...

Thanks for any help!
Aaron

Did u ever find an answer to this question. I'm having the same issue on serveral pages. I thought the PDF, Print and email showed up on the content of pages if you didn't turn it off.

Hmmm.. I should have posted when I found the fix... in any case, since upgrading to 4.5.1a it has not happened.
