Default Why: Direct access to this location is not allowed!?

When the mambo deny with the message Direct access to this location is not allowed! , what's mean? Why it's happen?

Means you can't access any "inner" page/folder via url directly, only if you're coming from one of the site's pages.

But it's happening in backend admin when I'm trying to write news with fckeditor installed...
