Address Book Component - Modified Components and Instructions are Attached

Hi Everyone, after many requests to do so, I have finally documented how to take the existing "User Extended" and "Userlist XTD" mambo components and turn them into an address book menu item in mambo 4.5.

When I started the process of documenting the component modifications necessary to get address book functionality, I soon realized that it would be a lot easier if I just went ahead and made the changes for you and packaged them up as "modified" components.

Please let me know your comments. Hopefully this will work for everyone.

do you have a text file documenting any of the changes? i want to try with the 4.5.1 versions, but don't see comments in the file. I'm sorry, I realize that this was what you wanted to avoid by uploading the changed files...

If not, maybe just a few sentences describing what you've done?
