Default Firefox and charset coding

Hi,

One of mine problem is that Firefox does not read charset coding from language files ( I use Polish language and ISO-8859-2 ) and always uses ISO-8859-1. Mozilla and IE work normally and read my chosen charset. Anyone can help and tell what to do?

I belive that there is code in Mambo, which read charset from language file and use it or if there is no charset in that file, it use default charset ISO-8859-1. But why only Firefox works bad? I do not understand.

I could use a static charset definition in template, but I use MambelFish and in future I am going to translate my site to few other languages and it is not the best solution in this situation.

Regards
