Default Login and get bounced out
Every logged in user gets bounced out.

I am using latest 109 which was upgraded from 07 and then 08

Site is using HotProperty

Login to backend admin is OK

If I login to front end as admin or any user I login OK but if I do anything (click a link etc) it bounces me out of the login so I am logged out and then when I login again it does the same.

No one can stay logged in.

I have cleared cookies etc but no luck
