Default Edit content in frontend using the Opera browser won't work

In all versions of MOS 4.5 I am not really able to edit in frontend using the Opera browser. The editbox (memo) is sized wrong. Its just a few characters in width but realllllyyyy large in its height.

tried to add this bug to the bugtracker but aren't able to configurm my new user over there ("access denied" ).

Default Re: Edit content in frontend using the Opera browser won't work

You've tried it with the latest 1.0.7? Editor width had been an issue ealier, but ended up getting fixed sometime after 1.0.5; although I'm not sure how that related to Opera specifically.

In any case, I'd recommend using Mozilla/Firefox/IE when editing your site if you can... Opera is a great browser, and works well for viewing Mambo sites, but isn't the best for your editing interface.

On Mosforge, you have to set up an account before you can submit bugs.

wooow - you're right! seems to be fixed now
that was my workaround: using IE to edit content but now i can do it using opera what's really my prefered way to do it ;-)

submiting bugs:
jep, the "access-denied" error was while activating my newly created account so i wasn't able to activate my new account but anyway: maybe will try it again later on.

cheers, marc
