Users Can't Logout!!!

Hey, I have had this bug since 4.5 was released, I dunno if I missed a file or 2 lolz, but users can't seem to logout right. If you login at my site: http://narutoseal.com and attempt to logout, the url to logout doesn't seem right: http://www.narutoseal.com/index.php/...php/index.php/

Thats the logout link that usually appears, sometimes the logout link is changed depending on the page, sometimes when you try to view a comment on the news and then try to logout, the logout link changes to something like: http://www.narutoseal.com/index.php/content/view/56/ As you can see, that link is not the right logout link, I have no idea why it does this, so I am hoping this is a lil mistake I made when I was uprading or something...by the way users sometimes are able to logout if they click the 1st link I showed: http://www.narutoseal.com/index.php/...php/index.php/ This link doesn't reload, it just lags and loads really slowly, if you stop it while loading and refresh back, usually your log'd out, hope you help me, my system information is below...

PHP version 4.3.4
MySQL version 4.0.18-standard
Apache version 1.3.29 (Unix)
MOS 4.5 Stable-1.0.7

Yeah i noticed the same when SEF is turned on the logout causes a loop.. if you close the browser then you see that you are in fact logged out..

Dunno why though i thought this was allready fixed

yea, I had the same problem and figured out how to change the address so that it works, but I dont' know where the address is in the files to change it so I just did it manually everytime. There is a "_" that has to go between com and something, and there is a "," that has to be removed just before a "/", ha ha, I hope this helps, I need the whole address and I could tell you what it is.
