Angry Users Users Everywhere

Hello All:
I am seeing a problem at my site. When I login to the admin area, the # of users stays logged in. Now, I upgraded to the 1.07 version but to no avail the users on this one site in the admin keeps going up.

Any thoughts on this.

thanks

Paul

Check configuration for $mosConfig_lifetime =

The old configuration files had a realy high number in there.....
In the 1.07 version it is put on 900

I have the same problem!
My logins to the admin area accumulate and show in the upper right corner when logged in. AND although I can access the menus, nothing happens when I click on the menu items when the users are not equal to 1. Sometimes it seems to clear itself, other times the number of users just keeps going up. I can't seem to figure out what clears it. Help!
I tried changing the lifetime number from 900 to 1, but that did not help so I put it back. Then I read more about what that line does and now see why that was ridiculous to change it to 1 (second!). Any other solutions to try? Please be specific because this is my first experience with a CMS and I have no programming experience with HTML, SQL, PHP, or anything else. Thanks!
Using 4.5 v1.0.7
