I'm writing here because I have found another thread with the same problem I have (blogcategory how do I?), but no solution.

I'm using Mambo 4.5 incl. Mambel Fish 1.1 - Stable-1.0.9 [Spider] 28/06/2004 16:49 GMT.

Whene I define a new Content Blog Section/Category in the menu zone, the Parameters have no effect at all. :-(

But, if I write the parameters into the URL, it does work!!! :-S

For exemple, if you visit my site: http://www.arkania.org/users/vginer/mambo/, and you choose "News" in the "Main Menu" (please, first choose English language, if not authomaticaly shown), you'll see the only 3 posts I have. OK. But... The problem is that, in fact, the parameters I have for that menu item (Blog Category) are these:
The only way to get exactly what I intend is to write down this, in the Direction bar:

http://www.arkania.org/users/vginer/...ount=2&intro=1

So, my questions are these:

• Is this a known bug?
• Anyway, how can I solve it?
• I must say that I don't have a "clean" installation, as I patched some files for different reasons, so, my question is: Can anybody tell me which are the PHP files and functions that I should verify in order to solve the problem? I mean, which functions are involved in the task of reading the Parameters and showing the result?

Please, I'm looking fordward to receieving some answers...
