Hiya all

I have found hits to the RSS page via a news client are being recorded as users being online on the website (guests online).



This is a problem when you have many people with news clients polling for news not to mention if they have their clients setup to update quickly. This results in thosands of guests being reported online.

I setup my news client to update itself quickly in about 10 minutes I had 1400+ guests being reported just from me alone. Normal real users on my site are aournd 20-40 people.

Is there any way to tell the online users module to ignore the RSS page?
Or any kind of hack/workaround anyone can think of...
