Ich weiss nicht ob ich dich jetzt richtig verstanden habe, aber allgemein wird alles in der MySQL Datenbank gespeichert.

Content Tabelle mos_content:
introtext
fulltext
Bei Hide Title bin ich mir nicht sicher, aber ich glaube das ist Feld mask

ob der Content auf die Frontpage kommt steht in der Tabelle mos_content_frontpage.
