The best component, in my view, is a Commercial component called "Hot Property" by Mosets.

I've been trialing this component and it is both powerful and flexible.

I've tested it in 1.0.9 and 4.5.1a and it's very stable and well supported.

I'm working to modify it to suit another purpose.

That's my two bob's worth!!!

I'm modifying Hot Property to achieve something similar to what you want to do. A used car lot would be a snap with this component.

If you've got the budget to allow you to buy the component, you can buy with confidence.

When I've needed help with any issues I've had Lee has been very quick to respond.

Drop him a line and outline what you want to do and I'm sure he'll come up with the answer for you.

be aware of mosets , they never answer to mails, really bad reliability.

I have been contacting them for weeks, but nothing, only once MR. Lee Cher has responded but later just dissapeared!
